It's hot here in western PA as well. I was told yesterday that there was supposed to be a "cold" front coming in today. Guess it missed us. On days like this I wish I was a penguin; or a fish. That would do too.

not so much hot here, just humid, which I think is worse! and no breeze today. I'll take it over being so cold like this past winter though! enjoy it as it will quickly return....

Too hot for huskies! Lily and Koda feel your pain, Annie and Jazz. Even though it's been cool here they are shedding their coats big time, getting ready for the heat.

I am in east central Illinois and it is in the 90's all week here and with high humidity. Give the critters some ear scratches from me.

It's hot here too, and seems to be getting hotter by the day. My apartment tends to stay pretty cool, which I'm grateful for, but we're getting weather that usually shoes up in August.

I know just how she feels...it's like that whether your carrying a few extra pounds or fur, it's all too much insulation!

Here in the Willamette Valley, in Oregon, on this last day of spring, it's a blistering fifty-four degrees....

Here in NE Florida we have afternoon showers almost everyday. The thunderstorms are rolling in early today. It is so humid the heat index pushes the temps to feel like 100+. My boys are miserable. By the time it cools off enough to go out and play the clouds and thunder roll in. The dog days of summer are here.

I'm envious of all of you who are having a "real" summer even if the heat is a bit intense. We're still getting 6-7 days of rain and 60 degree weather in between a few sunny/mid 80s days. I live for summer and this is really getting me down.

It was very hot yesterday, 82, but dropped to 63 last evening. I had to go to southern Maine today to pick up my 93.5 yr. old Dad and it was 86 but is now 67 on Mount Desert Island. God Bless a sea breeze.

It finally broke 70 here in Western Montana. It was only 47 degrees for a high on Thursday. :)

This is the time of year I really loathe Florida. Tally has been in the mid-90s with high humidity. We have been blessed with some evening thunderstorms which cool things off--to 75 or so for the night. I envy y'all in cooler climes. May I someday rejoin y'all where "hot" is 85 or so.

Yep, hot here too. Storm on the horizon. Thankful for a sewing room in the basement...cool and quiet, and lots of sewing to do.

I caved and put the AC in the window last night, and put a curtain up in the bedroom doorway for my golden has access to a cool place. His was just so abjectly miserable, and is really prone to hot spots in this weather. So I'm going to pay for it one way or the other, either in the electric bill or in vet bills.
