he's here

Oh man! He's so cute!

I'm especially vulnerable to dog cuteness since putting down my thirteen-year-old best friend last week.

I hope you have many more happy years with your new guy!

Dear lord. Look at that face! A puppy and some coffee will make your worst morning better than a lot of people's best mornings.

Well, he's just too precious for me to keep quiet anymore! I've never left a comment before, but I check in all the time to see what you're up to. Congrats on the new farm! It looks like an awesome place. I also wanted to say I thoroughly enjoyed your book and was super surprised to read about you're time in Tennessee. I've lived in Maryville my whole life, so it was cool to see that you love this area too. Lots of luck with the new pup and the new farm!

And life will never be the same. ;) We had a registered BC (bloodlines dropped to Scotland PDQ) that I trained on sheep at a young age. Enjoy the honeymoon's a wild ride with those hard workin' dogs. They never, ever stop. Keep a few Frisbee's on hand ~ can't run sheep all the time.
