That looks cold. We have had a few sub zero days here so far but there hasn't been any snow outside of the mountains so far. It's actually been fairly warm since Christmas so I'm starting to wonder if this will be another year where we get no snow. After the blizzard that hit last year and caused some really bad accidents (in one, a bus slide down a hill, broke through a barrier and nearly fell to the highway 30 feet below) I think a mild winter would be just fine.
