i've made them in cinnamon buns, quiche, and breads, but never alone. amazing for baked good though!

Hello, there,Miss Jenna. I have been addicted to reading your blog...you speak my language,girfriend!Living in North Carolina(I'm a transplant from central Pa.)I sure get warm fuzzies when i see those pics of that snow...in some ways I miss it. Thank you for being an inspiration...keep it up!

Next year you should get some Quail to raise alongside your other animals. My dad used to take a goose egg, and chicken egg, and a Quail egg and keep them in the fridge to show guests.

Quail were always my favorite of all poultry to raise because of their size. Geese were my second favorite because in my opinion they are the smartest.
