Your rooster looks just like mine. Auracana? Mine is in love I think with my daughter. He crows seemingly only under her window. lol

Yes, I forget what it is like to sleep in on a Saturday. Ahh, but they're worth it. Who needs a few hours extra sleep on the weekend. LOL.

With every post you enter, I am more and more determined to hurry up the move to Oklahoma and begin "living"...I totally agree with what Little Ant stated...who needs a few extra hours of sleep when you can look out the window and view heaven....fischbutt

Too funny! We just got a few Red Star hens this year (no rooster) and I love them! Got our first little brown egg yesterday - double yoke! Bonus!!
