Gibson Vs Taxidermy: Round 1
A long wild weekend here. While I recover and get back into my annual Feb 2nd clean-a-thon, enjoying watching Gibson deal with taxidermy. Sorry about the static jitter sounds in the beginning, it goes away fairly soon into the playing.

I catch the cat eyeing up the deer mount. I just remind him that he could start looking a little stiff too...... :)

Poor Gib. Teased to the end of his rope and then told "no". Taxidermy freaks me out, so I understand his reaction.
I'm with Karen, you can't tease him with it, then tell him 'don't bite that' and scold him when he goes after it. Dog Psych 101.

Watching these-loving it cause it's fun/payback to tease dogs for all the nonsensical mailbox barking I have to deal with-and when you told Gib to sit, Beans TOTALLY sat and stared at me with her ears down/Dobby face.... Perfect!

I have found your blog after a friend bought me a copy of Chick Days (she is excited that we hope to start a small flock of Chanteclers this summer), and I have to say - my 3 year old pup, Zim, is 3/4 Australian shepherd and 1/4 border collie, and he gets anxious about the strangest things too - like the tires on the quad. This video cracked me up because Zim often reacts the same way to things - whining, barking, and finally biting.
