I was wondering if you have ever heard of the Scottish band, Malinky? I think you would enjoy their music. They do a lot of traditional songs. My favourite is Broomfield Hill. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GjGpFBDA-oc Skip ahead to about 4 minutes to hear the song.
