There is a lot in ancient chinese literature about archery. Using it as a symbol, often in reletionship to chinese medicine. How one must be able to prescribe a herbal formula like one shoots an arrow... Whicj after watching this makes me think, inuitivly or instictivly, precisly and with direction. Very interesting. Thanks.

Dude, the voice was irritating. It was like listening to an Anonymous video. But it was really amazing. It surprises me how, even in a generation or two, we can lose so much skill and technique. I've been spinning yarn for a couple years, and the best learning opportunity I've ever had is by becoming a part of a Spinners' Guild with a bunch of very old ladies. They teach me things I can't learn in a book, and things that haven't, for whatever reason, caught on with the following couple generations (most are older than my Granny!).

I wished I could have seen better what Lars Andersen was doing, but I got the gist... it was amazing. Did I tell you my son earned his Merit Badge in Archery this past summer, and I got him a new longbow for Christmas? :D

OMG!!! When I was little,9 or 10, dad was into shooting bows and bought one for me. It has been close to 3 decades since I've shot one or even thought about it but this video does give me that old feeling again. WOW!!!

I feel inadequate now. Just got a used compound bow and just learning to shoot. Hoping to hunt with it one day.

My grandaughter got a bow and arrows for Christmas! Not that we aspire to this level, but it sure was cool to see what can be done.

Holy Cats!!! Dang. Wow!

Jenna, What kind of bow are you using? Also, is that the same bow that you intend to use for hunting?
