Enjoy the story of a young writer living in Washington County with her fancy dogs, sheep, lots of chickens, fiber & meat rabbits, geese, ducks, turkeys, a hive and a garden. Expect to hear a lot about mountain music, the civil war, local food, and my friends along the way. It's a big time folks.

That was fun to watch; I enjoy your relationship with Gibson.
Too cute! Go get 'em, Gibson!
Fun video. Out this way, we scrape moss of our roof all four seasons. lol
My husband says, "Gibson's a sensitive dog". Plus cute!
Oh my..I know that high pitched whine yip well. My Border-Lab female freaks out with a shovel hitting rock.Difficult to dig holes when she is bent on attacking the shovel.
"It's just a roof rake, dog!"
My new favorite quote!
Tell Gibson he's not alone. As soon as Boomer (my wheaten terrier mix) heard Gibson whining in the video, he rushed from the other side of the house to find out what was going on. Boomer looked for Gibson and whined in unison.
Tell Gibson he's not alone. My wheaten terrier mix, Boomer, came running from the other side of the house when he heard Gibson whine/bark in the video. Boomer whined in concert with Gibson.
We had a Border Collie years ago that loved to bark at the rake. Got to round that thing up you know. That was one of his favorite round'm up chores.
Later we got a BC pup and when ever I raked the older one would make the puppy stay away while he rounded up the rake. To her last days when ever I'd get the rake out she'd go hide under a bush.
What a funny dog!
