Thank You!

I just got the email from Connie at Battenkill Books that every book by me, Jon Katz, and James Howard Kunstler has been sold out! And she has A LOT of them! Woo Hoo! Thank you to all who called, spoke and chatted with me, emailed, or just shared your support. Little things like a few dollars for a book add up and you made Connie, and all of us local writer-types, mighty happy! Well done, Antlers!

P.S. Over a week of hunting, 20+ hours in the woods, no deer yet.

I think deer have become a superior race that now just scoff at hunters. They stay just enough out of range in the woods during deer season, but languish by the roads and trails where you can't hunt or it's out of season! They're definitely instruments of Murphy's Law...

it's not just you Jenna, our "team" of very experienced hunters have yet to drop off a deer for us(and they are honest folks). I am craving venison stew and I mean CRAVING!!!
tonight we'll have some chops from the pigs, but all in all, venison is best in my book.

Ok, I have a question. I order about 2-4 books a month through Kobo. If I go to the Battenkill Books's website and click on the Kobo link ( http://www.kobobooks.com/?utm_medium=web&utm_source=ABA20K9671 ) that she will get a fee based on my sales? I just went and bought a book today to test it out and it did say Battenkill Books on each page I viewed.

If this is the case,I will use her site to link to Kobo each time.
