How much harder is it to process a turkey than a chicken? (I've never done either, yet.)

Jenna,
Happy Thanksgiving to you, &
everybody that "Post" here on your terrific CAF Blog.
Enjoyed Kelly's comment for the day about missing the turkey poop on your truck etc. which gave me a good laugh for the day. I needed that today.
& comments like this make CAF a must read each day because that is part of the great reading fabric offered on CAF.
Haven't given CAF a "SHOUT OUT" lately on my Online Chair Caning, & Seat Weaving Directory; but will do so within the next few
days.
Thanks.

Hate to say this, but it looks like he knows something's on the rise. When will he be "dispatched"?

If we are discussing the charming Defiance here, I say, set a place "at" the table for him, not "on" the table. ;)

He looks like he already is dressed for dinner with his tux and little red bow tie on. Too cute. And he does look really good enough to be invited to dinner as the main course. But don't tell him!

I never did a turkey either... I was hoping Ben shaw would help out but he isn't returning messages. I will do it sometime today or tomorrow, most likely.
