How much harder is it to process a turkey than a chicken? (I've never done either, yet.)

Hate to say this, but it looks like he knows something's on the rise. When will he be "dispatched"?
If we are discussing the charming Defiance here, I say, set a place "at" the table for him, not "on" the table. ;)

hmm...he does look a little suspicious...
He looks like he already is dressed for dinner with his tux and little red bow tie on. Too cute. And he does look really good enough to be invited to dinner as the main course. But don't tell him!

I never did a turkey either... I was hoping Ben shaw would help out but he isn't returning messages. I will do it sometime today or tomorrow, most likely.
