What a great video! And I am amazed just how much wool comes from one sheep... they almost look like goats after they are clipped! They look so skinny.... how do they just sit on their backs and let you do this? Are they that tame or a great shearer?
Love the lambs looking at their momma's just like a real baby... as if they are not quite sure that is their momma after the clipping was done. Too sweet.

you have some fine looking naked sheep. I just got done reading your book made from scratch I know I'm a bit behind reading it now. I can't believe how far you've come since writing that. I read your blog daily and after reading that book even though I've never met you, you feel like a long lost old friend. you are a wonderful inspiration as I try to get through college so I can start my own life on the "farm"

I was watching the video with my hubby and he asks, "So when you are done, do the sheep roll over and say "BRR" instead of "BAA?" HAHAHA! It made me laugh, so I thought I would share!

How many sheep do you have and how much yarn can you spin with it? I know you likely don't weigh it but I would be interested in how much comes off a sheep I guess. :)
