Fabulous Flash! He is absolutely adorable. I just want to reach into the photo and hug him! :) LOL.. and my husband has recently given me the nickname 'Flash', and it's not because i'm speedy. It's because i'm pushing 49 hard, and well, you know. Or maybe you don't yet.. If not, you're fortunate. Sorry i went off on a tangent there! Your little lamb is wonderful and i love your blog..

Ok Jenna..you need to have a lamb kissing booth. So I will fly from California, rent a car, drive up there and kiss his little face. Should be a good money making venture. Of course by then I will br broke and have to hitch home, but hey, he's just so damn cute.

Congrats Jenna! What a cutie!

Did you see the Mark Bittman piece on Wendell Berry in the times? I just read it, and had to share this quote with ya:
"Then he takes me to the barn, where there are seven newborn lambs. And he says, “When you are new at sheep-raising and your ewe has a lamb, your impulse is to stay there and help it nurse and see to it and all. After a while you know that the best thing you can do is walk out of the barn.”

We walk out of the barn, and say goodbye."

Not sure I could do that (if I had sheep, and I don't), and not saying you should (the internet is full of unsolicited advice). I just thought it was a nice reality check... sometimes what will be will be no matter what we do or try. Here's wishing Good Health to all the Cold Antler babes this spring!
