It really is a beautiful store. It kind of fits right into the homesteading localvore picture. The next time I'm in upstate NY for a visit I will go back and browse.

After this clip ended, it showed one you made of babysitting Tasty again as an adult. In the video, you mentioned being interested in having a future source of beef and dairy. Someone had sent you some links in one of your recent posts about Irish Dexter cows being a good small homestead dairy/beef cow. I have to say, now I'm tempted. They're small, provide a reasonable amount of easily digestible milk (like goat milk, it would seem), and give a great amount of meat for their size. And they can be trained to pull plows and carts! Sounds like fun. :)
