Lehman's. They have many non-electric items. Their store in Holmes County Ohio is awesome. They have a staff of experts on wood heat and cookstoves. And will answer questions over the phone.
I saw a few new ones on Amazon that still have the "antique" look too. Most of the newer ones look old fashioned but seem to be electric, which I'm pretty sure you wouldn't go for!
I saw one while perusing lehmans... Now I want to check out oldcoffeegrinders.com! Thanks Jenna! I'll also ask around the next time I go to one of our many Hutterite colonies to buy chickens (can't bear to buy the ones from Safeway anymore). :)
AH HA! I found the post. The local antiquey-place here has 4 of these. If you want I will price them for you. They look like the glass topped ones they sell for $450 ones on oldcoffeegrinders.com. I think this place had them for around $50.
We have one of the canning jar ones that Lehman's carries, and we LOVE it. One of the great things about it is that it is mobile. We can take it camping, or we can sit and read the news online while we grind the coffee. I would absolutely recommend it, even though it's not wall-mounted.
Enjoy the story of a young writer living in Washington County with her fancy dogs, sheep, lots of chickens, fiber & meat rabbits, geese, ducks, turkeys, a hive and a garden. Expect to hear a lot about mountain music, the civil war, local food, and my friends along the way. It's a big time folks.

Have you checked etsy?
I have an antique one but it does not grind it fine enough. It looks cool on the wall. :-)
Bored on eBay and found this:

this is going on my christmas list! that's why I'm asking. I'm hoping to get a coffee-shop level hand grinder to mount in my kitchen.
Ta Da! http://www.oldcoffeegrinders.com/canister-or-wall-mounted-coffee.htm
has listings for vintage ones that are operational.
Hi Jenna, Here is one that I came across. It isn't really expensive, must be a reproduction.
