Enjoy the story of a young writer living in Washington County with her fancy dogs, sheep, lots of chickens, fiber & meat rabbits, geese, ducks, turkeys, a hive and a garden. Expect to hear a lot about mountain music, the civil war, local food, and my friends along the way. It's a big time folks.

Yikes! Its a good day for ducks : )
Enough with the storms, already!!!
And the humidity is killing me! I'll look at the radar now, but I'm hoping for relief soon.
Oops! I meant, I think the folks in New York/Vermont have had enough storms, thank you very much. Please weather mistress, go easy on us all.
Ugh...that storm was miserable in Ohio last night...good luck!
We are having absolutely beautiful days here in NC but they are talking about another hurricane by the end of next week. I sure hope not.

Try to get a light sedative from your vet, kandy. Works pretty well for the poor things. Not too expensive, either.
We haven't had more than 2 hours of rain since mid July, and most of that has been in the 30's. I envy you, your summer storms. lol
