Add to the list of things I miss about college--being able to see any show I want at Memorial Hall for $10. Yay Avetts.

LOVE the Avetts...and what a great song! I was wondering whether you were interested in them or not, given the banjo connection.

I am reading Made From Scratch right now...so entertaining and fun. I live in Spokane and am about to get my first chickens. I have a question for you about your percolator. First, I drink tea not coffee, but I miss coffee and would love to find a way to make it again that tops all the other ways I've tried. You are very convincing in your book. I'm not sure exactly what kind you use. You said all metal, bubble in the lid...what else? How should I search for it online? Thanks! -Bee

Hey, just heard you on the Renegade
Farmer! You didn't mention that you'd be on. Nice surprise. Not NPR but I enjoy it.

I go for the metal filter, stove top, no cords kinda percolator. Bet you can find one for under twenty bucks on ebay. like this one

The video was jumpy, until I clicked on "HD" at the bottom. Then it was great.
