What a beautiful picture though. Good job!

Were running a close second in West Virginia. Keeping the solar panels clear has been a chore.

Be sure you tie a scarf of red 'round your throat to keep your little head from falling in the snow!

Nice! Would you please send some snow our way? I figured if it's going to be bitter cold with a biting wind we might as well add snow to the mix too! At least it's pretty to look at.

Debra, we must live near each other. I'm in Tallahassee, FL. It was 22 this morning at the house. 60 inside. Heat pumps don't do so well when the temperature drops that low.
Hopefully the cabbage and greens survived. They were covered under sheets and tarps.

I was just reading about farmers in FL using helicopters to help push warm air down in efforts to prevent crop loss during their recent cold spell.

Crop farmers are so susceptible to weather conditions...I can't imagine the risk involved, plants are so fragile.

I am in Florida. We had 3 nights in the low 20s with wind chill in the singe digits. Today it was 72 and beautiful!
IF we have cold weather like that, it is usually in January or February and the citrus farmers have to burn soot pots to save the fruit
