Rock on, Jenna.
you make me grin, girl!
Wishing I was enjoying some good fiddlin' right now.
Awesome picture.
Wish there was a way to hear what you're playin'. You look at peace, Jenna. daisy
Love it! The hat, the shirt, the rolled up jeans. Oh, And of course the fiddle too.
Nice fiddle. You look at peace, Jenna.
Great pic! Every picture I see of myself playing the fiddle I look extremely pissed! But, I'm not, I'm just concentrating.
Keep on fiddling!
Girlfriend, you look positively svelte in this picture! How much weight have you lost????
elizabeth, that is very kind, but actually I gained weight. I think running made me think I could eat however I wanted, and it made me hungrier. I'm trying to focus on yoga and mediation and moderate eating now so i can slim down, not feeling so great about myself lately.
Makes me think of James Dean somehow...
"not feeling so great about myself lately"
STOP that thinking. You are wonderful!!!! Focus on your goals, focus on what makes you happy. The rest will follow.
I remember reading an interview with Arnold Schwarzenegger a long time ago...when he first won the Mr. Universe contest. In his broken English he said he liked the feeling his stomach had when he was hungry. It made him feel like he was accomplishing his goals. For some reason this thought inspires me to do better.
Hey Jenna, i haven't read CAF in a few weeks,so sorry for the johnnycomelately comment, but i when i saw this pic, I had the same reaction as elizabeth..you look so slim in this photo! fight the urge to feel a failure...a complete stranger can see that your efforts have paid off! p.s. i think meditation is a great idea for cultivating/maintaining self-care focus
