The cutest thing about puppies, in my humble opinion, is when they lie on their bellies with their legs splayed out behind them frog-style. How come adult dogs don't do that? And when do puppies stop doing that?

Was wondering if you'd have to take the little guy to work initially...must be nice. Years ago, my company let people bring their dogs on Saturdays, but they went and got anal about it :P He's adorable, Jenna!

Such memories! I was looking through some old kid pictures and came upon some of our border collie puppy, who just had his 9th birthday. Puppy days are like baby days..they seem to last forever some days and suddenly it was all a long time ago.
Miriam- Dogs don't lie that way for the same reason most of us can't sit on the floor the way little kids can...we may get there, but who knows if we'd ever get up again!!

@ Miriam -My dog still lies like that (frog style--- I think it is to do with half his breed- Cocker Spaniel.. he is a CockAPoo. Every Cocker I have known lies like that.

@ Miriam- I have 2 Australian Shepherds and they both lay like that- we call it the Superman Pose! Some dogs are just more flexible, just like our dogs literally bounce higher than most.. lol
@Jenna- he is so cute, I can't wait to hear about the training and shepherding!! Congrats on finally having your Sheep Dog!! :)

Mannnn...I just got busted by my male co-workers looking at the puppy pix and talking baby-talk at them: "Issa bootiful boy yess him is!" They looked at each other & made wretching noises, then walked off laughing at me.

PS: How cool that you can take him to work with you. We just got a Rhodesian Ridgeback in April, and my life would be much simpler if I weren't racing home twice a day. Kudos to your office!
