It's so beautiful!! Welcome home!
Beautiful! Congratulations on this wonderful new chapter of your life.
Oh, Jenna! It is beautiful. I'm so happy for you!
Fabulous! And where do the fowl think they are going in those pictures?
Yes, very beautiful. I'm excited for you. What are you going to do with all that space? It'd be kind of strange going from a small cabin to a full-sized house. I'm sure you'll have lots of stories to tell. Woohoo!
It's lovely! I'm so happy for you!
That is so exciting! Congratulations!
Gorgeous! I'm so thrilled for you. Thanks for bringing us along on this fabulous adventure!
Home sweet home! Ain't nothing like it..... blessings to you and your critters........
What a beautiful place. Congratulations! (FYI, you'll have to update your "About Me" with your new location.)
Absolutely stunning! Congratulations!
Well done Jenna! It's really beautiful...and yours!

Breathtaking! I'm so happy for you (and more than a little jealous!):)
The detail on that door is super neat.
HUGE Congrats!
What a great place! I like how your fowl friends are checking out their new home.
I could cry. It is too beautiful for words.
BEAUTIFUL! And so much you can do there! I really love how you converted that old shed into the chicken house.
Very Nice, I am so happy for you
Do you have an extra room, can I come live with you? I'm quiet. I could help you take care of the animals. I'm so jealous. Did you walk through the door with Jazz? You must be so psyched!! Peace.
You've found yourself a gorgeous little corner of the world to manage. Wish I could hang out with the chickens for an afternoon.
Jenna, Jenna...
Such beauty. Peace. Pride. Love and Future Hope...
Makes me weepy-and ever so glad to be a member of the extended family.
Hug the puppers for me and snuggle the doe, she's gorgeous!
You are going to make this place so beautiful and alive...congratulations!
You are going to make this place so beautiful and alive...congratulations!
Congratulations!
Nothing like seeing your animals grazing and happy to make the reality set in that it is HOME.
Hope you figure out how to get your shed transported.
Watch out for the hen-eating foxes out there. They are fast and have babies to feed, so they are highly motivated.

WoW! I am happy for you....
I'm so jealous. You've got quite a beautiful corner of heaven right there at your feet. Congratulations to you.
A quick question. Now that you're in New York, how far are you from your job and your old stomping grounds? I hope you're not starting completely over again.
Well Done !
Jackson is exactly 19 miles from the office, takes me about 25 minutes to get to work, ten longer than Sandgate. Same great job!
Wow, that is amazingly awesome. :)
Love it. Congratulations on finally getting your very own chunk of land!
Looks like heaven! Thanks for sharing your journey with us and helping to inspire so many.
Life on your own farm is hard work, as you well know, but there is nothing more satisfying. Wishing you great success!
Beautiful! (To tell the truth I'm a teeny bit jealous!)
Love the view of the mountains especially. Are they Vermont or the Adirondacks?
One thing I've wondered, since you're in web design, isn't there a way you could work from home a few days a week? Probably not, or you'd be doing it already.
Anyhoo, it's gorgeous Jenna.

Its LOVELY! What a gorgeous view! I loved seeing the chickens wandering around. You'll have fun putting your stamp on the house.
Beautiful, beautiful. I wish you all the best as you settle in to your new home!
Oh. Wow. It's Incredible, Jenna!!! What a dream come true!!!!! So happy for you!

Awesome! You inspire me! What a lovely place to live and work.
OMG dreams do come true! Thanks for being living proof and for sharing that with us all. Life is good!!
Beautiful ! Congrats : )
congratulations! It looks great and its YOURS.
It looks amazing. I love the curlies in the door frame.
I'm hoping you are writing another book about all of this.
That flock looks very happy to be home.
Makes me smile
Welcome home Jenna! You have a beautiful farm, these pictures make my heart sing!
So you got the truck and you got the house, and you got the dog- now all you need are the rest of the sheep and the man, and they will come as well.
Aren't you so totally pleased with yourself? I would be...
Nice place! I love those ceilings in your living room?
Delightful!
Oh my! So lovely! Can't wait to see how different it's going to look as the seasons change!
Wow, Jenna. This is...AMAZING! So beautiful. Congratulations again!
Home sweet home!
Our patience is rewarded by these marvelous picturs. You are truly home!!! A wonderful place to be and ready to start the rest of your life.
Congratulations - I'll follow with great interest.
Janet in Nova Scotia where spring is a long time coming
So that's what heaven looks like! I knew it was a farm! :) Ooh's and aah's over here from my kiddies.
Welcome to New York. I'm sure you will be very happy in Washington County. Congratulations and enjoy.
A little white farm house with shutters, is there anything that tugs on those heart strings harder? I'd almost be jealous except that I know how hard you've worked to get there. Hard work will be me to my own home some day, too.
Congratulations Jenna- IT looks like the ladies like it (The hens)
How absolutely perfect! Congratulations on starting a beautiful new chapter of your life.
Congratulations, Jenna! I love that you put the dog bed in the cozy corner by the big window/door.
So great! Glad you're home lady!
Oh, Jenna. Those pictures are like you stole them from my head. There wouldn't happen to be any openings for accountants in that neck of the woods, would there? 'Course convincing my very southern spouse that New York really isn't that bad could be a challenge.
this reminds me of my granny's house. what you have converted into a chicken house is probably a brooder house. I remember sitting in my granny's brooder house with a coal fire going and about 200-300little yellow chicks running all around me.
Totally Sweet! So by looking at the pictures I am surmising that the house faces North, correct? I'll bet it is quiet there too, except for the normal farm type animal noises.I live two doors over from an Interstate...sigh.
Oh Jenna!!!! I don't even know you, and I want to cry. It's beautiful- good luck :)
It's unbelievable! Congrats again!
You're imagining sheep in that last picture, aren't you?
So beautiful - congratulations!
This just brought a huge smile to my face. You've only had the keys for what, three days? And it already looks like your home.
An aside: I ADORE a white house with black shutters. You just don't see that very much in the central south. That would have been a selling point for me right away. Well that, and that bad ass chicken coop. ;)
It's beautiful Jenna. It's your sanctuary - NO landlord can ever boot you out again. You're home!
So jealous of your gorgeous new farm. I want one just like it! *sigh* Living vicariously through you is a wonderful thing. Congrats! :D
SO happy for you Jenna! =]
Thanks for sharing through photos. It is the quintescential upstate NY farm with white house and red outbuildings. Makes me a tad homesick.
BEAUTIFUL, JENNA. I bet those are some happy chicks bustin' outta that coop with so much new ground to explore! In no time it will feel like HOME to all of you, because I know you will make it so. Blessings on your new dwelling and the next phase of CAF.
What a beautiful place, and the chickens look happy.
Wow! Jenna...it's amazing. I'm on the verge of jealous. But, your story is encouraging to all of us who are doing the best with what we have while we wait for the next better thing.
You are a testimony for contentment and hard work.
Congrats on your new home!
What a wonderful place to live!! Congratulations :)
It looks like Winthrop has taken charge!
Jenna, It's already been said, but I am so happy for you and extremely impressed by your tenacity and hard work. You've earned this and I know you'll do wonderful things now that you're there. I'm very excited for you.
i am so happy for you. i know this is your dream come true. not many people get to experience this so be very thankful.
Look, they're already stomping around the yard like they've lived there for years! Welcome home.
absoluetly beautiful! congratulaions!
Wonderful!
Beautiful. So happy for you!!
It's beautiful Jenna! Welcome to upstate New York!!

I can hardly wait to see the pictures of the garden you will be planting, the sheep in the pasture with your new puppy trying to get to them to "do his job".
How's Jazz doing? Are he and Annie settling in yet?
That red truck looks just right parked there. Congratulations.
Kitchen pics, please. Can't imagine a home without seeing the kitchen first. :)
Congrats Jenna, we're very happy for you!

Your new home looks totally awesome! Thanks for sharing your life!
Oh Jenna, it's simply lovely! Welcome home. :)

Jenna, It looks like a beautiful place! Congrats on your coming home. :)
how wonderful!
Stunning scenery...I'm so happy for you! I hope that you find as much peace and happiness in N.Y as I did. Hopefully someday the Universe will see fit to bring me home, but until then I'm happy to live vicariously through you and your amazing farm!
Many Blessings,
Debi
Love your photos. Would it be possible to use one with chickens in it for a business card?
