Have you ever seen hencam.com or goatcam.com ?

Might keep you up-beat at work if you're ever feeling down. :)

Jenna, I'm a new follower, only a week or two (found you on Starving off the Land), and already hooked. Your post today about depression, self pity, and the healing experienced by getting outside and caring for your farm stock really touched me. Your writing allows me to be there, feel the muck, the dog fur, the warm egg, the contentment. I'm out in Bend, OR, but see you through your words, makin' it there in VT. Hope you get that loan!!

I've only had a dog for a bit less than 3 years. She forces me to be part of life when I don't want to. I love her for it.

We have mud season here too. I think most of the country is starting into mud season. Since a lot of us have had alot of snow this winter.

My dogs are "mud-wrestling" as I write this....in Illinois. I hate March. Everything is brown and dead and wet.

Hi. I found you on Codlins and Cream2 and look forward to having time to actually read it. I live on a tree farm in the Callahan Mountains of Oregon and know full well about rain and mud. Months of it. I'm one happy girl when late Spring signals the arrival of the "dry" season here. Of course, at the end of the "dry" season, I'm PRAYING for rain once again...
