YAY!!! I'm not uncrossing my fingers yet, though. As someone who's seen this process from the "other side", you still have to get through signing loan docs, then funding & recording before we all go completely CAF crazy. Not trying to rain on your parade in any way, just being realistic. This is a very, very important step though and you definitely deserve all of these congratulations and so many more. WOO-HOO!!!!!

Congratulations! You are going to love having a place of your own. I bought my first home 3 years ago. Everything is different when the home is yours. Every effort you make is so much more satisfying. The best advice I got was to resist the urge to make any major changes in the home until I'd been in it a year. I cleaned and painted and tidied up but I resisted and I'm glad I did. Enjoy! Your a homeowner!
