It ain't over till its over! When we got our USDA loan this past fall it was touch and go but our mortgage broker worked on it till it happened. He was the second broker we worked with. The first broker didn't know that much about RD loans and just wrote us off as non-qualifying.
Hang in there, sweetie. Praying for you.

I'm trying to manifesting this for you - sounds amazing! My partner & I have just begun the process of looking for land to farm & homestead on. I'm definitely interested to hear how the USDA loans work - that sounds like a great option for us as well (especially with very little savings since our rent is so high right now). Best of luck - I can picture you there - you'll get it! Hope & luck is flying from the west coast to you!

The Very Best of Luck, Jenna but....READ everything, don't let them rush you when it's time to sign. At some places you can ask for a copy of the forms, just without your figures on them, so you can take your time and see if you understand it all. Questions tend to get brushed off "Oh that's just blah, blah, blah" at closing time and in your excitement you could miss something that will be important to you down the line. That's also where not-so-nice people get you. I'm so excited for you, though, I feel that this one will work!!!!

Good luck x if its meant to be,it will unfold as it should.Dont be tempted to over stretch your self on the financing though, you want to be able to have enough energy to use the place as its meant rather than falling exhausted from a long day earning the money pay for it if that makes sense.Fingers crossed here your broker can get you a good mortgage deal & get this one in the bag for you x x x
