hahaha -- my doggins do the same thing. we just bought new living room chairs which have higher seats than the old ones had, too, so now it's even easier for them to make a ruckus about whatever's going on outside. the little darlings... :)
Our husky loves to look out the windows -- we say he's watching TV. Your Annie looks a lot like our Bering.

I was reading some of your archived posts and found a reference to a memoir you read about a man searching through Scotland for the right border collie...would you be able to let me know the title of that book? Would love to read it....and am looking forward to reading yours as well!
