About Me

- Name: Jenna
- Location: Jackson, New York, United States
Enjoy the story of a young writer living in Washington County with her fancy dogs, sheep, lots of chickens, fiber & meat rabbits, geese, ducks, turkeys, a hive and a garden. Expect to hear a lot about mountain music, the civil war, local food, and my friends along the way. It's a big time folks.

We've got it up here too, covering the rig and just a dusting on the lawn. The Corgi girls are not amused *lol*
AHHH! I'm not ready!!!!!!
I think I must have slept through Autumn! I'm not ready for the snow yet!
Well, I am not looking for it but here in southern Minnesota, we are switching from a lazy fall to a cold windy rainy one...the first hard frost are just a couple of days ahead of us.... brrrr
Such a beautiful picture. I'm not so sure I'm ready to deal with snow myself, but the thought makes me happy nonetheless.
I took this pic by Merck Forest this a.m.
Jenna, You amaze me. Composer!, musician, author, blogger, artist, designer, 'puter pro, homesteader, shepardess, musher, farmer, etc.
Where do you buy your clocks? Mine only got 24 hours.
well jeff. I have no savings, no credit, no world travel, no style, could stand to lose 20 pounds, and a 401k that couldn't even pay for a flat screen tv. So I wouldn't get too excited about me. I'm just lucky that the things I love, like being outside and making music are generally free. So at least I'm able to tread water in this world!
Love the picture. I took your recommendation a couple of weeks and got Frontier House from the library. I watched it on a snowy Sunday(in Anchorage). The snow has since melted but can still be seen on the mountains. Autumn is my favorite season - is a very short season here though. Have already had to scrape ice off my windows a couple of mornings before heading off to work.
Send it our way! ;)
Great! Can I ask - what kind/type camera do you use?
i used a great kodak for ealier pictures, but when my colllege camera broke (after 5 years of hard hard use) I couldn't buy the same model. So all the recent photos since I moved to vermont (not the sara still photos of course though) are a cheaper kodak camera.
